You are better off buying it as part of the package from factory. It is called the Premium Package it will give you the Panoramic Sunroof, 17 in Porto Wheels, the RNS-315, plus the MDI connector so you can connect an I pod or anything with a mini USB plug

I am thinking of buying a jetta tdi sportwagon, 2011 without nav, but would like to install this unit. will it install and have all steering buttons working?

Unfortunately Fabio, we do not sell many units to those in S. America. The last time I looked at the beginning of the year, there were no maps available. I do not know if that has changed or not, but if you can find them, I have heard of others that have been able to get the unit installed in Brasil without issue.

Hi i’m a onwer of a new 2010 tiguan model 2011 and i’m interest in this RNS 510 but i’m in brasil can i install the maps for here? My car came with the parking assist package and i recent buy a handsfree package in Las vegas for me but i’m concer about the RNS work with brasil maps and DVD region?? can you explain about?

You would use the antenna that is pre-installed. This would allow the most factory appearance.

Thanks, that’s good to know! So if I get the car from the factory with GPS, will I still need to install the antenna or just use the one pre-installed?
